西南财经大学天府学院大熊猫文化创意产业学院是为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记“绿水青山就是金山银山”的绿色发展理念和四川省委、省政府系列决策部署，讲好四川大熊猫故事，持续擦亮“三九大”新名片，繁荣大熊猫文化创意创新产业的产学研服务平台，按照“产教融合平台+示范性产业学院＋文创产品研发中心＋校外实践基地”的校企联合培养架构，系统优化合作体系和协同机制，推动校企双方在大熊猫IP文化创意人才培养、设计创新和设计服务上的融合共赢……

大熊猫文化创意产业学院着力于推动人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧紧密对接，深度接轨行业一线实践项目。同时，联合四川省大熊猫国家公园文化创意创新联盟共同开展学院的学科专业建设和人才培养，助推双方共同搭建课程体系、建立专兼结合的师资队伍、大熊猫IP文化创意产品的研发、大熊猫IP文化传播平台的运营、大熊猫IP文化相关大型活动共同策划与组织，形成人才培养方向的共建共投共享、互通互助互融模式。

学院采用多元方式导入IP文化创意产业人才培养全过程，前瞻性探索融媒体产业新业态转型发展急需的新型复合人才专业能力构成；探索专业、产业学院和行业联盟的“三线通联、双向融入、一专多能”的高质量、应用型、创新人才培养模式；搭建“产、学、研、用、转、创”六位一体的协同培养平台。
