西南财经大学天府学院大熊猫文化创意产业学院是为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记“绿水青山就是金山银山”的绿色发展理念和四川省委、省政府系列决策部署，讲好四川大熊猫故事，持续擦亮“三九大”新名片，繁荣大熊猫文化创意创新产业的产学研服务平台，按照“产教融合平台+示范性产业学院＋文创产品研发中心＋校外实践基地”的校企联合培养架构，系统优化合作体系和协同机制，推动校企双方在大熊猫IP文化创意人才培养、设计创新和设计服务上的融合共赢。

      大熊猫文化创意产业学院着力于推动人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧紧密对接，深度接轨行业一线实践项目。同时，联合四川省大熊猫国家公园文化创意创新联盟共同开展学院的学科专业建设和人才培养，助推双方共同搭建课程体系、建立专兼结合的师资队伍、大熊猫IP文化创意产品的研发、大熊猫IP文化传播平台的运营、大熊猫IP文化相关大型活动共同策划与组织，形成人才培养方向的共建共投共享、互通互助互融模式。

       学院采用多元方式导入IP文化创意产业人才培养全过程，前瞻性探索融媒体产业新业态转型发展急需的新型复合人才专业能力构成；探索专业、产业学院和行业联盟的“三线通联、双向融入、一专多能”的高质量、应用型、创新人才培养模式；搭建“产、学、研、用、转、创”六位一体的协同培养平台。

       The Giant Panda Cultural and Creative Industry College of Tianfu College SWUFE is a platform for industry-university-research cooperation to further implement president Xi Jinping‘s green development concept of "green water and clear mountains are invaluable assets"and the series of decisions made by the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Government. It tells the story of giant pandas in Sichuan, continues to burnish the new business card of "Three Nine Great", and promotes the prosperity of the cultural and creative innovation industry of giant panda culture. According to the school-enterprise joint training framework of "production and education integration platform + demonstration industrial college + cultural and creative product research and development center + off-campus practice base", it systematically optimizes the cooperation system and collaborative mechanism, promoting the integration and win-win situation between schools and enterprises in the cultivation of talents with giant panda IP cultural and creative talent, design innovation and design services.

The Giant Panda Cultural and Creative Industry Academy focuses on promoting the close connection between the supply side of talent cultivation and the demand side of industry, and deeply integrates with front-line practice projects in the industry.At the same time, we will work together with Sichuan Giant Panda National Park Cultural Creativity Innovation Alliance to carry out discipline and professional construction of our college and talent cultivation. We will also help both sides build a curriculum system, establish a team of full-time and part-time teachers, develop giant panda IP cultural creative products, operate the platform for giant panda IP culture communication, plan and organize large-scale activities related to giant panda IP culture, and form a model of joint investment, sharing, mutual assistance and integration in terms of talent training direction.

The college adopts a multi-faceted approach to introduce the entire process of cultivating talents in IP cultural and creative industries, and proactively explores the new composite talent professional competency structure that is urgently needed for the transformation and development of new media industry formats;Explore the high-quality, applied and innovative talent training mode of "three lines communication, two-way integration, one specialty with multiple skills" among professional colleges, industry academies and industry alliances;Build a six-in-one collaborative training platform of "production, learning, research, application, transformation and innovation".
